I bought Pro but it isn’t unlocked.
Open the app while connected to the internet: purchases are usually applied within a few seconds. If Pro still isn’t active, go to Profile ▸ Restore Purchases. The same button brings Pro back on a new device or after reinstalling, as long as you use the same Apple Account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Profile ▸ Manage Subscription in the app, or iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you won’t be charged again. During a free trial, cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and never renews.
How do I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How are speed (WPM) and accuracy measured?
Speed counts every five correctly typed characters as one word, per minute of the test, so mistakes don’t add to your speed. Accuracy is the share of the characters you typed that match the text. Typing steadily usually beats rushing.
Which keyboard should I use?
Any keyboard works: the on-screen keyboard, or a hardware keyboard connected to your iPhone or iPad. Choose your typing language in the app; the Learn course and weak-key practice follow it.
My score isn’t on the leaderboard.
Leaderboards use Game Center. Make sure you are signed in under iOS Settings ▸ Game Center, then finish a test while online. Only your best speed is shown.
How do I turn off reminders?
Go to Typing Settings ▸ Reminders in the app, or turn notifications off for TypeMania in iOS Settings ▸ Notifications.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Without an account, your history is stored on your device only, so deleting the app removes it. With an account, your profile and progress are backed up and come back when you sign in again.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile ▸ Delete Account. This removes your profile and your login. See the privacy policy for everything the app stores and how to have it deleted.
